What is agent in GoCD?

Agents are the workers in the GoCD ecosystem. Rather than having dedicated idle agents at all times, elastic agents allow you to scale up, with on-demand agents, based on the needs of the pipeline being executed.

How do I assign an agent to pipeline in GoCD?

Once the GoCD agent has been installed and pointed at your GoCD server, go to the Agents tab on the GoCD dashboard.
